Job Description

As a Sustaining Engineer Manager at Amphenol Pcd, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving existing products within the connector industry. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement design changes to enhance product reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product updates and improvements.
  • Provide technical support to resolve product issues and address customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product sustaining engineering, preferably in the connector industry.
  • Proficiency in Creo software and knowledge of connector design and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
