This Adolescent Partial Program RN Lead position is an exciting opportunity to join WMCHealth's team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Partial Hospitalization program.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse, Adolescent Partial Program RN Lead, provides leadership and support to the nursing team, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents and young adults, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Care:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adolescents and young adults.
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education.
  • Leadership and Support:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating expertise and commitment to excellence in patient care.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff members.
  • Communication and Teamwork:
  • Maintain open and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
  • Clinical Competence:
  • Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, maintaining clinical competence and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
  • Training/License:
  • New York State Registered Nurse license required.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
