- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making.
- 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years as a RN
- Chronic hemodialysis experience required
