About the Role

The Franchise Performance Leader will oversee the operations and growth of multiple franchise locations, working closely with franchisees to ensure they meet operational and financial goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving performance through regular business assessments, data analysis, and tailored guidance to franchisees.">
  • Fostering positive relationships with franchisees, serving as a business consultant and advisor in every aspect of their restaurant's operations, finances, and business execution.">
  • Providing direction, guidance, and expertise to franchisees regarding restaurant operations, implementation of new products and programs, and opening of new restaurants and ownership transfers.">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional business teams to drive business growth and success.">

What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including insurance plans, 401k, and tuition reimbursement, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of The Subway HR Team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience, with 5+ years of experience in a multi-unit management role. A track record of driving business growth and profitability, combined with strong problem-solving, financial analysis, and data interpretation skills, is essential.
