Dynamic US Customer Success Manager for Financial Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our US team in New York City. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing scale-up, working on finance transformation projects in large international companies.

Trustpair is a leading account validation automation platform that empowers large global companies to eliminate vendor payment fraud. With a presence in New York City, Paris, and Milan, we have a global team of 100+ employees from 15 different nationalities dedicated to payment security. Our platform has been recognized for its ability to protect against 100% of fraud attacks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience with our platform for our growing portfolio of US clients. As a key member of our Customer Department, you will work closely with our Customer Experience Project Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our US team and contribute to our company's growth. You will be responsible for managing multiple clients simultaneously, prioritizing tasks while respecting deadlines, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Your expertise in Client Onboarding and Enablement, Relationship Management and Retention, Product Adoption and Usage Optimization, Revenue Growth, and Customer Advocacy will be essential in driving business success.
As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will be expected to provide exceptional support and guidance throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with our Sales team to upsell and expand our services.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager supporting US clients, with at least 2.5 years in an Enterprise B2B SaaS Start-up/Scale-up environment. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a native level of English proficiency. A team player attitude, well-organized, and collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.
