Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block in Saginaw, MI. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to our clients year-round.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating business growth, and increasing client retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to clients
- Build and maintain client relationships to generate business growth and increase client retention
- Conduct tax interviews face-to-face and through virtual tools
- Provide tax expertise and guidance to clients

Requirements

- 5+ years of tax experience
- Experience completing individual tax returns
- Tax planning and audit support
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually
- Comfort working with virtual tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment
