About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Associate to join our team at Forvis Mazars. As a member of our Audit team, you will gain valuable experience and exposure to a variety of projects, while developing your technical skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on client engagements similar to those assigned to our entry-level associates, gaining exposure to a variety of industries and testing your technical know-how.
  • Work alongside our senior staff and management personnel, learning from their experience as you develop your skillset.
  • Contribute to the development of audit plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other audit-related documents.
Requirements
  • Working toward a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to balance academic schedule with the workload for multiple clients and projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
