Job Title: Radiology Technologist

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in Danville, Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art imaging department. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and CT scanners
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including disinfecting equipment and disposing of waste
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Provide excellent patient care and communication
Requirements:
  • CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • State License-Radiology Technologist-Virginia
  • Ability to lift 50-100lbs
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
