Sentinel Program Manager with Expertise in Parts, Materials and Processes

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a highly experienced Parts, Materials and Processes (PM&P) Senior Manager 3 to lead our Sentinel program. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their expertise in PM&P type work on large military programs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading technical teams on complex integration programs and experience directing multiple teams, with demonstrated ability to coach mid-level managers and individual contributors. They will be responsible for defining operational strategies, improving current processes, and navigating ambiguity to develop systemic approaches and solutions.
This leadership position includes oversight of other managers, as well as Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities including schedule management, labor forecasting, risk management, and performance management. The successful candidate will be an expert in Earned Value Management (EVM) and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interface with multiple stakeholders.

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Define operational strategies by working with program management and technical leaders on special projects.
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
- Identify opportunities for change and champion changes within the PM&P organization.
- Navigate ambiguity and develop systemic approaches and solutions to address problems.
- Build relationships and communicate effectively to influence and ensure accountability across a network of stakeholders.
- Act with a sense of urgency and accountability, taking ownership of tasks and strategic direction.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 8 years of experience or Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 6 years of experience.
- Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time.
- Minimum of 3 years in a formal lead/management position and experience directing multiple teams.
- Experience in Parts, Materials and Processes (PM&P) type work on large military programs or similar.
