Norman Regional Health System is a leading healthcare provider in the region, offering a wide range of services including cardiovascular care. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist to join our team.

Our hospital system consists of several facilities, including Norman Regional Hospital, which is home to a state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower. This facility features three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms.
We have a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists who work together to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care. Our hospital has received numerous awards and accreditations, including American College of Cardiology Chest Pain Center with PCI and Resuscitation Accreditation, American College of Cardiology NCDR Registry Gold Award, Women's Choice Award in Heart Care, Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) Echo Accreditation, and American Association Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) Accreditation.
Job SummaryThe Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist will be responsible for preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient conditions, and establishing and maintaining a sterile environment. The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications and experience, as well as strong patient care skills.
Responsibilities:- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition.
- Prepares, positions, and provides patient care.
- Establishes and maintains a sterile environment.
To be considered for this position, you must have a completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS. Previous procedural area experience is preferred. You must also have Basic Life Support training or re-training, current Basic Life Support, and ACLS training within 6 months of hire.
Compensation and BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary of $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
