About the Job

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join their team in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technologist to work in our Computed Tomography department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Administer medications as ordered and document accordingly.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Transport patients as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
  • Other certifications may be required for this position.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions.
  • PC skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
