Job Description
As an NICU nurse at our client hospital, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill neonates, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Your expertise in ventilator management, IV therapies, and feeding will be invaluable in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the NICU
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Level 3 NICU environment
Work-Life Balance
This full-time position requires every other weekend commitment and floating shifts. Major holidays may be worked on occasion. If you're looking for a stable schedule, this might not be the best fit.
