Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $112,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Job Description
The Nurse Navigator is responsible for facilitating the navigation of patients through complex healthcare environments to optimize care and outcomes. This role involves coaching, information transfer, and communication to improve continuity of care, enhance medical management of complex diseases, and streamline intervention processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within 60 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse license and diploma
- At least 3 years of nursing experience
