Job Summary

Good Shepherd Services, Ltd. is seeking a skilled Dietary Assistant to join our team. As a Dietary Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the facility's dietician/director to implement recommended changes and ensure compliance with established dietary policies.
  • Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel and other departments within the facility to ensure seamless food service operations.
  • Participate in and assist with departmental studies and projects as assigned or necessary.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
