High-Performing Commercial Insurance Specialist

CareerPaths NW is seeking a seasoned Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team. As a key player in the Greater Portland area, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and expand your book of business.
In this role, you will be responsible for independently generating prospects, establishing credibility, and building strong relationships with clients. You will consult on business matters, close deals, and develop a business plan outlining existing relationships and target markets with a minimum revenue threshold of $10,000.
Your goal will be to achieve an annual quota of $100K in revenue, with a minimum threshold of $15,000 in revenue from 1 million in premium. You will manage a balance of 40% new business and 25% renewal commission splits.
Key Responsibilities:
