We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Resident. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Attend all quality and core curriculum classes to refine nursing knowledge and skills.
  • Actively participate in professional development workshops and peer support groups to enhance your practice.
  • SUCCESSFULLY complete all clinical competencies and validation requirements of the Nurse Residency Program.

You will work under the direct and indirect supervision of the Clinical Education Team and refine your nursing knowledge and skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Licensed to practice as a RN in South Carolina.
  • BLS certification.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
