As a Clinical Dialysis Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals suffering from end-stage renal disease. Your primary responsibility will be to work directly with patients to administer dialysis treatments, monitor their progress, and educate them on kidney health and dialysis-related topics.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $72,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, comfort working around blood and needles, and physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet. Healthcare experience, particularly in hemodialysis or related fields, is highly desirable but not mandatory.
