About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced CDL instructor to join our team as a Lead Trainer. If you have a passion for teaching and training, this is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise and help develop the next generation of truck drivers.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive CDL training courses, utilizing our established curriculum and highest industry standards. You will work closely with students, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they achieve their full potential.

Requirements
  • A valid Class A CDL License is required;
  • A minimum of two years of practical trucking-related experience, demonstrating instructional competency;
  • A safe driving record, as determined by our Safety Department;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of safe truck driving principles and practices, as well as laws and regulations covering tractor-trailer interstate operations;
  • The ability to communicate effectively and assess student performance.
