Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist

This is a part-time position that combines the roles of a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider and Secretary. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a mental health professional to provide clinical interventions and support services to clients.
Responsibilities:- Clinical Responsibilities:
- Serves as a member of the client's treatment team, working collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provides timely documentation to support services rendered, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records are maintained.
- Assists clients in achieving their treatment goals through evidence-based interventions and strategies.
- Establishes positive relationships with clients, families, and support networks, fostering a sense of trust and respect.
- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to all applicable laws and regulations regarding client information.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Professionally receives and responds to incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely communication with clients and staff.
- Greets guests and coworkers in a friendly, professional manner, creating a welcoming environment for everyone.
- Typically administers all incoming correspondence, reports, and other documents as assigned by the supervisor.
- Performs various clerical duties, including establishing medical records, completing intake and initial contact forms, and collecting fees from clients.
- Monitors office supplies, orders, and distributes them as needed, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, criminal justice, or related field.
- Completion of QBHP certification.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of developmental stages.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of treatment modalities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Core competencies in relation to individuals with co-occurring disorders.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
The estimated salary for this position is around $52,500, considering the location and job requirements.
