Our Youth Behavioral Health Hospital (YBH) in Butner, North Carolina, is a 54-bed, 24-hour, locked psychiatric facility dedicated to serving children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses, dual diagnosis, substance misuse, and complex behaviors.
As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you will play a vital role in providing a full range of services, including standardized assessments, evaluations, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning.
You will work collaboratively with a large interdisciplinary team, including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, and Nursing Services, to deliver high-quality patient care.
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and team-oriented Occupational Therapist with child and adolescent mental health experience to join our team.
The selected candidate will work 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend and holiday coverage.
Key qualifications include experience in hospital-based mental health therapy services, children and adolescent mental health, and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism, and dual diagnosis.
We offer a competitive salary of $33 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including UNC Health benefits.
