Business Development Professional with Accelerated Growth Opportunities

About the Role:We are seeking a highly dedicated Business Development Associate to work directly with customers, creating customized product and service packages tailored to their individual needs. This will involve maintaining relationships with customer accounts throughout and after the sales process to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences;
- Initiate and maintain effective communication with all assigned customer accounts to deliver exceptional customer service and support;
- Become an expert in client products and services to stay ahead of the competition;
- Participate in regular meetings with Business Development Associates to align goals and objectives;
- Report sales data regularly to ensure alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Management, Sales, or a related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management;
- An approachable, empathetic, and positive demeanor that exudes professionalism;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A winning attitude and ability to collaborate with other Business Development Associates;
- Curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset;
- Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position requiring on-site work at specific retail locations throughout the East Bay. We offer a competitive base pay with the opportunity to earn additional commissions based on personal performance. The estimated salary for this role is $43,200 - $86,400 per year, based on average entry-level salaries in the area.
