As a Nurse Specialist in Acute Care, you will be part of Cynet Health's dynamic team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care in an acute setting, working with patients who require immediate medical attention.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Flex Team Float Pool - Stepdown unit for a 13-week assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses to gain experience in various units, including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and possess certifications such as ACLS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC. You must also be flexible and able to work in departments with varying patient loads.

The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions. Benefits include guaranteed hours of 36 per week and the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive orientation program.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care in an acute care setting
  • Documenting skills showing capability to work in multiple units
  • Floating between various units, including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
  • Working in departments with faster paces than ICU
  • Utilizing Epic Systems Corporation's EMR system
