Business Development Professional for Commercial Insurance

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team at GPAC. As a key member of our insurance division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, providing exceptional service, and driving growth.
The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in a commercial or personal lines insurance role, with a proven track record of success in client relationship management, sales, and business development. Bilingualism in Spanish and English is a must, with familiarity with EPIC or AMS360 software being a plus.
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expand existing client relationships.
- Provide top-tier customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively manage renewals and policy changes to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- IDentify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions to address their unique challenges.
