About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at CSI Management.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Brooklyn, New York. As a Sales and Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for planning and executing effective front-end marketing outreach activities, qualifying eligible customers, and improving revenue growth through field sales strategies.

You will enhance our clients' brand in the community by maintaining professionalism and a welcoming demeanor, act as the main representative and presenter to our local community, and collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to implement the local strategy for growing brand awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized sales plans to fit the specific needs of every client we represent.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to implement the local strategy for growing brand awareness.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring exceptional customer service and building trust.
  • Participate in mandatory training and staff development sessions.
Requirements
  • Ambitious and self-sufficient individual who approaches every situation with integrity and passion.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
  • Have prior experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Please note that this is a full-time position requiring immediate start availability, so local residency is a must.
