We offer an attractive compensation package that includes an estimated salary of $**120,000** per year, based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.

Job Description:

This role requires collaboration with attending physicians to prepare and record patient histories, develop and implement care plans, and participate in daily rounds on assigned patients. The successful candidate will have excellent documentation skills and be proficient in using electronic medical records (EMRs) to ensure accurate order entry and comprehensive documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, with a minimum of two years' experience as an inpatient Orthopedic PA. Board certification as a Physician Assistant and an Oregon license are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with attending physicians to develop and implement care plans
  • Document patient histories, findings, diagnoses, and care plans using EMRs
  • Participate in daily rounds and respond to coding and documentation queries
  • Contribute to quality and safety initiatives
