District Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled District Growth Manager to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement client pursuit and capture strategies that drive financial growth for all divisions and increase profit margins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research industry trends, growth potential, and key drivers to accurately forecast business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain client relationships focused on long-term partnerships with investor-owned utilities, cooperative utilities, and relevant state-wide energy agencies.
- Forecast and manage a regionally oriented marketing strategy.
- Oversee the development of business proposals for new and existing clients.
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed to client standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or business required.
- 5+ years of successful internal and external relationship management activities.
- Ability to collaborate with strategic partners and internal leadership to develop and execute program plans to support regional expansion and growth requirements.
- Strong networking skills and ability to develop, enhance, and leverage relationship-based networks to gain rapid access to information, potential clients, and emerging opportunities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned metrics.
- Enhanced written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $81,000 - $146,875.
