Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paramedic to join our team at TRI-COUNTY AMBULANCE SERVICE, INC. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including ambulances, hospitals, and clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency medical calls and provide care to patients in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform advanced life support procedures, including administering medications and using medical equipment.
  • Transport patients to medical facilities and provide ongoing care during transport.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care.
Requirements
  • Valid Indiana IDHS EMS Commission Paramedic Credentialing
  • CPR – Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross.
  • Current certification as an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ALS) Provider by the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross.
  • Current Motor Vehicle Operator's license.
  • High degree of personal integrity and responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, using good judgment and common sense with a thorough understanding of the principles of emergency medical care.
Working Environment

The Paramedic will work in a fast-paced emergency medical services environment, responding to emergency calls and providing care to patients in a variety of settings.
