Job Description

BANQUET SERVER

SUMMARY:

To provide exceptional dining experiences for guests, ensuring quality service and a welcoming atmosphere at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform pre-shift side work and review menu offerings to ensure familiarity with ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
  • Check with manager for assigned station and ensure it is properly set up and cleaned.
  • Greet guests, provide water and bread, and take orders while making recommendations and upselling menu items.
  • Pleasantly interact with guests during food and beverage ordering and present food checks for delivery.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and maintain a clean and organized station.
  • Closing guest checks in a timely manner and addressing feedback with confidence and concern for guest satisfaction.
  • Complete assigned side work and reset tables for the next meal function.
  • Interact with guests and fellow associates in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

This is an On-Call position.
