Leasing Consultant

At BDR Management LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, professionally presenting the features and benefits of our luxury apartment community, and securing deposits and applications to result in new residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal, State, and Local laws pertaining to Multi-Family Housing.
• Implement and enforce all policies and procedures as outlined in the company's Policy and Procedures Manual.
• Offer a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing office and any other areas where prospective residents and current residents might interact with you.
• Handle all incoming calls from residents and prospects.
• Process and log service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Property Director or Regional Manager.

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Prior leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bi-lingual abilities may be required based on specific needs of the property.
• Required computer software experience to include MS Word, MS Excel.
• Preferred computer software experience to include MS Office 365, ESite, On-Site, and related.

Benefits:

• Competitive base hourly wage $18 to $20 an hour.
• Possibility of monthly bonus typically ranging from $25 to $500+.

• 20% off market rent while employed after 90 days of employment.
• 3 PTO days a year after 90 days of employment.
• 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment, 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years employment, 3 weeks paid vacation after 5 years, 4 weeks paid vacation after 8 years.
