Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Expleo. As a trusted partner for end-to-end quality services and management consulting, we have a footprint in 30+ countries and a mission to have a positive impact on every person who interacts with us.
In this role, you will oversee and manage complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with vendors to enhance tools that provide greater visibility into retailer sales information, expanding beyond distributor-level data.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong project management experience, excellent documentation and risk management skills, and the ability to handle financial accountability. You should be comfortable navigating traditional, agile, and hybrid methodologies, and be proficient with tools such as Microsoft Project Online and Jira.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all objectives related to budget, timeline, and quality are met
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment on goals
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Provide guidance and expertise in project management tools and methodologies, tailoring approaches to meet project-specific needs
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements while driving projects to successful completion
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and financial records
- Conduct regular project reviews, providing clear updates to senior management and stakeholders and facilitating constructive feedback loops
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring transparency, financial accountability, and efficient use of resources
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging team engagement and shared ownership of project outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects, with a demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Strong understanding of traditional, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Online and Jira
- Proven expertise in financial management, including budget oversight and resource allocation
We offer a competitive compensation package for full-time roles, including a salary range of $85 to $95 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits, as well as a Health Savings Account with company contribution, up to 48 hours of accrued paid safe and sick time, and 401k retirement savings.
