About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at University Dental Associates. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and helping us achieve our mission of providing high-level care to our patients.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for performing licensed hygiene procedures, educating patients on their oral health needs, and building strong relationships with our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform licensed hygiene procedures, including adult and child prophylaxis, non-surgical periodontal therapy, sealants, and fluoride.
  • Educate patients on their unique oral health needs and desires.
  • Build strong relationships with patients through excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
  • Partner with the administrative team on scheduling appointments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current state license to practice dental hygiene.
  • The confidence and ability to educate patients on their oral health needs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A desire to embrace preventative-centered care.
  • The ability to perform all hygiene clinical procedures.
