Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Olympic View Care Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents in accordance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Plan and execute individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians or other qualified healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
In addition to providing direct patient care, you will also contribute to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid LPN license in the state
- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, and regulations applicable to long-term care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
