Job Opportunity

ProCare Therapy is seeking a certified schools social worker to work remotely with a K-8th grade caseload, particularly with an ASD program. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in school social work, active Michigan School Social Work License, and 310 certification. Experience working in schools, particularly with ASD students, and in a remote/virtual position is required. The position offers competitive compensation, weekly paychecks, and ongoing support from a recruiter and clinical team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy and counseling sessions
  • Manage a caseload of 40 students
  • Participate in IEP meetings
  • Work 37-40 hours per week
  • Build rapport and trust with students
  • Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment
  • Support other staff to help students achieve their goals
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in school social work
  • Active Michigan School Social Work License and 310 certification
  • Experience working in schools, particularly with ASD students
  • Experience working in a remote/virtual position
  • Liability insurance required
  • Fingerprinting, drug screen, and background check
  • Two professional references
