Job Overview

Swap Robotics seeks a skilled Robotics Repair Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring the functionality of robots and robot systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems in complex robotic systems
  • Maintain safety standards of equipment and work area to ensure a safe working environment
  • Provide technical support onsite and offsite to ensure seamless operations
  • Report quality problems and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in industrial settings
  • 3+ years experience managing/supervising a team to achieve high-quality results
  • Heavy equipment operation experience, with ability to operate various types of heavy machinery
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check and obtain necessary certifications
  • Valid DL and clean driving history, with ability to travel to job sites
  • Ability to work daily in hot environments, with ability to adapt to changing weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
