Dynatrace Engineer Role at Omni Inclusive

We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Engineer to join our team at Omni Inclusive. This role will involve creating innovative solutions using Dynatrace and deploying them to production to maximize customer value.



Key Responsibilities


  • End-to-end execution and implementation of Dynatrace solutions in complex customer environments, including On-Prem, Cloud, and Hybrid Cloud.
  • Documentation of resolved issues for knowledge management, cross-training peers on tool usage, and assistance in creating best practices.
  • Presentation and demonstration of Application Performance Management to prospective clients.
  • Root cause analysis and dashboard creation, as well as strong application performance analysis skills.
  • Experience in deploying Dynatrace tools for different technologies and platforms, as well as configuration and customization of Dynatrace solutions, including integration with other tools.
  • Good understanding of tool capabilities for a given customer environment and familiarity with other application performance monitoring tools.
  • Experience with admin-level tasks, such as alert configuration, maintenance window, anomaly detection, and custom event creation.
  • Knowledge of ITIL concepts and principles.


Preferred Skills


  • Dynatrace API integration with other tools, Dockers, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools like Ansible and Jenkins.
  • Proficient in giving product trainings, demonstrating Dynatrace capabilities, and new features to existing or prospective customers.
