Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity

The Touchette Regional Hospital is seeking a dynamic orthopedic surgeon to participate in the direction of a unique rebuilding and reshaping opportunity. This position offers a general orthopedic surgery job with full support from the hospital to develop a subspecialty program of interest. The hospital will provide full support to design your schedule, hire APPs to support growth, and obtain additional equipment as needed.

Key Highlights:

  • Full support to develop a subspecialty program of interest
  • Flexibility to design a compensation package that reflects your preferred scope of practice, schedule, and administrative responsibilities
  • Proposed package for a full-time schedule includes a base guarantee of $700k, medical directorship available, $50k signing bonus, production bonus with earnings potential in the 90th percentile, and full benefits including 401K match with 100% vesting day 1, 23 PTO days, and more
