About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Transformational Leader for Residential Behavioral Services to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, developing positive behavior support plans, and implementing behavioral protocols specific to each client's needs. A Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure regulatory compliance as mandated by licensing and Regional Centers.
  • Behavioral Support Planning: Develop initial positive behavior support plans (PBSPs) and update them as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train direct staff on PBSPs, review behavioral data, and provide feedback to ensure proper implementation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with stakeholders, including teachers, guardians, caseworkers, medical specialists, and direct staff, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate behavioral data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Must hold a BCBA certification, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three years supervisory experience in social work, child care, or support staff industries providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience and Skills: Possess experience providing behavioral tech support to adults or children with Autism, Intellectual Disability, Behavioral Disorders, or Mental Health conditions.
  • Clearances and Licensing: Must have fingerprints and criminal clearance prior to starting and maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, with additional benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, 401K, company perks, and discounts.
