Salary Range

We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Manager who can lead our team to success. The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience and be committed to delivering friendly service, growing sales, and driving business growth. A valid driver's license is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of services
  • To motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • To implement effective strategies to drive growth, optimize profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in restaurant management with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivating and empowering team members to excel
