Security Officer

Foxconn Wisconsin & FII USA, Inc is seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and prevent potential security threats.
- Monitor and authorize access to company property, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the premises.
- Respond to emergency situations and incidents, providing timely and effective support to ensure the safety of everyone on site.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate potential security risks, ensuring a secure and incident-free environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors, addressing their concerns and needs in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred.
- Valid State of Wisconsin Driver's License and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
