We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Automotive Recovery Specialist to join our team at ADECCO. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by partnering with Truist.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for recovering late-stage automotive accounts through strong communication and negotiation skills. This includes identifying opportunities for growth and providing excellent customer service to drive results.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in late-stage collections, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, as is experience working in an automotive collection environment
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and provide exceptional customer service
