Server Associate

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Imperial. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Food and Beverage Service: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and guest service quality.
- Greet Guests: Greet guests promptly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Take Orders: Ensure prompt request for drink orders and relay orders to the kitchen and beverage services.
- Present Menu: Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Suggest Wine Sales: Suggest wine sales wherever appropriate.
- Clear Tables: Clear and reset tables after each use.
- Side Work: Complete all side work as assigned.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain a clean work and storage area.
- Math Skills: Use arithmetic to total costs and make change (concessions).
- Communication Skills: Converse with different people to provide information and deliver service.
- Physical Demands: Stand and/or walk for long periods of time, lift and carry heavy objects like heavy trays.
- Availability: Be available on nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Inside: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. A job is considered "inside" if the worker spends approximately 75% or more of the time inside.
Math Skills: Requires mathematical development sufficient to be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
Language Skills: Must have developed language skills to the point to be able to read instructions, rules, and write sentences, speak clearly.
Relationships to Data, People, and Things: Coordinating, Determining time, place, and sequence of operations or action to be taken on the basis of analysis of data; executing determination and/or reporting on events.
Speak-Signaling: Talking with and/or signaling people to convey or exchange information; includes giving assignments and/or directions to helpers or assistants.
Handling: Using body members, hand tools, and/or special devices to work, move, or carry objects or materials.
