Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Comcast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the commercial internet, video, and voice services market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve departmental financial and unit targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at mid-size and large businesses, cultivating partnerships and organizational affiliations.
  • Design and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Comcast's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services as a leader in the market.
  • Actively generate new leads through targeted prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Retain and grow customer base by delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in the commercial internet, video, and voice services market.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong knowledge of network design, MAN technologies, and customer premise equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
