Painter Specialist

About the Role:

The Painter/General Laborer at Ginosko Modular is responsible for utilizing building and construction skills to create high-quality modular housing units. This role may involve performing various laborer tasks, including quality inspection, framing, sorting, installation, drywall, painting, windows, cabinetry, materials handling, and installing or repairing fixtures throughout the facility and in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of modular housing units
• Perform laborer tasks to support quality inspection and production
• Install and repair fixtures and materials
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet quality and production standards

Work Environment:

The Painter/General Laborer will work in a dynamic and growing company in the affordable housing industry, with a focus on making a difference in the world. The role is based in Romulus, Michigan, and involves working 4x10's Monday-Thursday.
