This role involves creating a memorable first impression for our members and guests, setting the tone for a fantastic experience at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional hospitality and create a warm atmosphere upon arrival
  • Offer assistance and support to members and guests throughout their visit
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and promote retail sales effectively

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently

Physical Demands:

  • Standing, bending, and squatting regularly
  • Climbing and hanging decorations when needed

Eligibility Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year based on location and experience.
