Strategic Benefits Specialist

UC Health is seeking a Strategic Benefits Consultant to lead the design and implementation of employee benefits programs. This role involves analyzing market trends, benchmarking benefits programs, and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, minimizing compliance risks for the organization.
- Analyze market trends and benchmark benefits programs against industry standards to ensure competitiveness and relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives to enhance and expand benefits offerings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and support.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in benefits strategy, consulting, or a related field.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CEBS) preferred.
