HVAC Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Dispatch Coordinator to join our team at Anderson Mechanical Inc.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong working knowledge of the HVAC and appliance industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

• Schedule appointments for service and installation, dispatching technicians to job sites in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and schedules, ensuring seamless communication with technicians and customers.
• Handle customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service by listening to their concerns and finding solutions to their problems.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that all customer needs are met, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dispatch or customer service role, preferably in the HVAC and appliance industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a degree in a related field is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and training opportunities.
