Religious Music Director

LADGOV CORPORATION seeks a skilled Catholic Musician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience performing in religious worship settings and be proficient on their specific instrument (Pianist/Keyboardist/Organist). They should also possess a strong understanding of the military culture and ministry, ensuring a unique ability to connect with military personnel and their families.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

• Accompany choir/solo music presentations to enhance the atmosphere of worship for the congregation.
• Coordinate with the worship leader to adjust tempo and style of choir accompaniment.
• Develop and provide an activity plan and proposed schedule of all Catholic music during anticipated worship services.
• Provide musical accompaniment for the congregation, choirs, ensembles, and soloists.
• Play preludes, postludes, and required songs during services.

• Musical proficiency on specific instrument (Pianist/Keyboardist/Organist).
• Proficiency in reading music.
• Experience performing in religious worship settings.
• Familiarity with the military culture and ministry.
