Job DescriptionAs a Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to implement our curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child. You will create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow, while also partnering with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team of educators and staff to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Additionally, you will cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively. You must also be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
In addition, you will need to meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them. A Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential is highly desirable, but not required. You must also be able to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
