Location: Oregon City, Oregon
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Imaging Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Oregon City, Oregon. As a travel imaging technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners and providing high-quality imaging services to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans to ensure accurate imaging results
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements:
- Current certification as a CT technologist (RT(R)(CT) or ARRT(CT))
- 2+ years of experience in CT imaging, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $80,000 per year, based on 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year. The hourly rate is approximately $26.25, with overtime pay at $102.64 per hour. A tax-free stipend of $1,687 per week is also included in the compensation package.
