About the RoleThis role involves showcasing your organizational skills, time management abilities, and talent for establishing retailer relationships while being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations, when needed. Occasionally, you may be asked to service another vendor's product in a store you are assigned to.
The position requires a high level of energy and urgency, with tasks including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You must also be able to stoop, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday, and you may be required to climb stairs and step ladders.
Key Responsibilities- Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
- Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
- Communicate with your supervisor using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, reporting time, providing feedback, and answering surveys for required merchandising activities.
- Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers.
This role is physically demanding, requiring a high level of energy and urgency. You must be able to consistently perform tasks that include pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying heavy objects, as well as standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
Compensation and BenefitsYou can expect a starting pay of $16.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on your shift and location.
